By using restaurantaiplaybook.com (the "site") and the playbook vault, you agree to these terms. The site is published by the team at Loman AI ("Loman", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Million Dollar Restaurant AI Playbook costs nothing. There is no credit card, no trial, and no purchase required. We ask for your contact details so we can send you access and restaurant AI resources — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

The playbook is educational material for restaurant operators. It is not legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. Decisions about your business — pricing, staffing, contracts, compliance — are yours, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional where it matters.

Dollar figures, examples, and case references in the playbook are illustrations and estimates, not promises. Restaurants differ in menu, market, volume, and execution, and many of the tools referenced are run by third parties. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, savings, or outcome from using the playbook.

The playbook references third-party AI tools and services (for example ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini). Those tools have their own terms, pricing, and behavior, which we do not control. Verify anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it — especially prices, claims, and anything customer-facing.

The playbook content — prompts, templates, checklists, images, and text — belongs to Loman. You may use, adapt, and copy it freely within your own restaurant or hospitality business. You may not resell it, republish it, repackage it as your own lead magnet or product, or remove attribution.

Do not abuse the signup form, submit false information, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt it. We may revoke vault access that is being abused.

Parts of the playbook describe what an AI phone agent can do, and the vault links to Loman's own product. The playbook is free whether or not you ever talk to us. If you become a Loman customer, that relationship is governed by a separate agreement.

The site and playbook are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the playbook.
