The Million Dollar Restaurant AI Playbook at restaurantaiplaybook.com is published by the team at Loman AI ("Loman", "we", "us"), the company behind the AI phone agent at loman.ai. This policy explains what we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you unlock the playbook, you enter your email address, cell phone number, restaurant name, and role. We also record your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it.

Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, actions taken (like opening a module or copying a prompt), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Technical logs. Our servers temporarily process IP addresses to limit abuse of the signup form (rate limiting and spam filtering).

We use your information to:

• Send you your access link to the playbook vault.
• Email you restaurant AI resources, playbook updates, and related material from Loman.
• Text you only if you checked the SMS consent box. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Understand which parts of the playbook are useful, so we can improve it.
• Protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf:

• HubSpot — stores your contact details and sends our email.
• Google Analytics — site usage measurement.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

By submitting the signup form you agree to receive texts from Loman about restaurant AI resources, as stated next to the form's submit button. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Opting out of email does not affect your access to the vault.

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to measure site usage.

We keep your information for as long as we have a relationship with you and as needed for the purposes above. This site is a business resource for restaurant operators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
